pictures

now that the fish tank is gone i have room to put many things where that spot was once occupied. what i put will be in a blog soon to follow however i did realize as i was organizing that there were really no current pictures of mark and i...anywhere. we did have a couple of family photos back in 2008 but that's about it. so i took matters into my own hands and developed a few frame-worthy pictures and scattered them around the apartment (mainly the living room and my office). here they are...like??

from top left us fighting off bugs in the backcountry ha ha ha,
top right is a picture of us all dressed up for mark's cousin's wedding.
bottom left is us on the north coast trail.
the right us at hopewell rocks.

have a good night. off to celebrate a special hope lady's birthday. research for a paper and maybe (fingers crossed) fit in some glee!

love

Trace, I've just snuck over to find your blog! Love all of these pictures, but especially the ones on the right. The top one you both look smashing, and the bottom is just such a cool photo! Can't wait to see the apartment minus the fish tank - congrats on getting it finally sold!! We're so wishing we could have tasted all of the treats you made this week - thanks for taking good care of the fam! xo

I'll be watching for the photos!! Our new house is coming along, one piece at a time. I'm a get-it-all-done as soon as possible person, but as you and the fishtank can attest, there are certain compromises that come with sharing your home with someone. :) We bought bedding for a guest room today, so now I am very excited to start painting the walls! My flower bulbs for spring were also planted this week, and it is feeling more and more like 'home'. P.S. I hear the Niagara Escarpment (near us)has amazing trails - perhaps next summer's adventure?! xo

i have strategies with this compromise thing...advice from some very wise women that have done all this before...it really cannot be said on a forum like this as spies may be lurking...we'll talk.

on the niagara trip...sounds cool, although, apparently someone has always "dreamed" of taking a trail up north, way up north. i was never aware of said dream. seems this someone has been keeping it a secret for a very long time or is trying to buy time on my said dream of someplace tropical...;)
